REACH is currently seeking passionate, committed individuals to join our board of directors. As a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, we believe our leadership team should reflect the diversity, expertise and lived experience of the people we serve. We searching for individuals who have one or more of the following backgrounds:

Finance or Accounting: Professionals with financial expertise to help guide our fiscal strategy and ensure responsible stewardship of resources.

Board Governance Experience: Those with prior nonprofit board service who can contribute to strong, effective governance.

Developmental Disabilities Field: Individuals with experience in advocacy, direct service, special education or disability policy.

Lived Experience: We strongly encourage individuals who currently receive services from REACH to consider applying. Your voice and perspective are invaluable in shaping our mission.
