Each October, National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)  is observed across the United States to recognize the contributions of workers with disabilities and to promote inclusive employment policies and practices. Established in 1945, NDEAM serves as an annual reminder of the importance of removing barriers and creating opportunities in the workforce for all individuals. Did You Know?
