REACH is excited to welcome Abby Jones as the new Group Home Manager at Glacierwoods.
Abby brings a strong background in grassroots advocacy and veteran policy, where she worked closely with communities to address challenges and support meaningful, positive change. Her experience has strengthened her commitment to service and creating opportunities for individuals to thrive.
What drew Abby to REACH is the organization’s deep commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, independent, and meaningful lives. She is inspired by the person-centered approach and the genuine care shown by staff, families, and the individuals supported across REACH programs.

Abby shared:
