A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Looking Forward: A Message from Naomi Studevan

As I reflect on my first year as Executive Director, I’m filled with gratitude for the people who make REACH, Inc. what it is: our dedicated staff, the individuals and families we serve, and our partners across Alaska who share our commitment to supporting people in living the lives they choose.

This year has been one of learning, strengthening relationships, and building momentum together.

The Shared Vision Winter Message we’ve shared here beautifully captured this spirit. Like the quiet beginning of winter, one snowflake becoming many; our progress grows from small, intentional actions that build into something powerful. 

It reminds us that even in long Alaska nights, a spark of light can spread, brighten the path ahead, and guide us toward a future shaped by collective work, belief, and purpose. One action at a time, we move forward, together.

As we step into the year ahead, I am excited for what we will continue to build. REACH, Inc. has a strong foundation, a passionate team, and a vision that reflects not only who we are, but who we strive to be.

I’m honored to lead this organization into its next chapter, and I look forward to the possibilities we will create, side by side, with the people and communities we serve.
