REACH provides a wide range of services to children and adults experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. We provide services on a short and long-term basis, depending on the individual need. Our services are designed to give people tools to gain independence. They include early intervention, crisis response, connecting families with community resources, supported employment, living assistance and more. We adapt our services to meet the hopes and needs of each individual.
To work with REACH call, (907) 586-8228, or email, firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll be connected with a service coordinator who will become the primary point of contact. They will assess needs and develop a plan. Each service coordinator works within a program that focuses on individuals of similar ages and needs. If REACH is not the proper fit, we’ll connect you with the right community resource.
