Services For Individuals With Disabilities
REACH, Inc. provides a broad spectrum of services to assist individuals and families experiencing developmental delays or disabilities at every stage of their lives. The goal of all programs is to meet needs and to empower individuals and families by promoting choice and well-being through advocacy and support.
REACH Programs
- Infant Learning – enhancing early childhood development through screening, assessment, play, education, and therapy services
- Intake, Resource and Respite – helping clients become eligible for services and providing ongoing services and support to clients and their families
- Support Services – offering in-home supports, shared care, supported living, and day habilitation.
- Supported Employment – developing job skills through REACH-operated enterprises and in community-based employment
- Assisted Living – providing homes for clients in need of 24-hour care in group homes or individual residences while promoting choice and independence.
- The Canvas Community Art Gallery & Studio – a unique place where individuals with disabilities and community members participate in the arts together.
Program participants may need to meet eligibility requirements for services. Costs vary and may be covered by a variety of funding sources, including Medicaid, private insurance, state grants, community grants, the United Way or REACH’s own fundraising.
