Infant Learning Program
Partnering with families to enhance their child's early development
"It made a huge difference
for us. Sam was fast disappearing into his own world. The Infant Learning
Program brought him back to us."
-Bridget, mother of Sam, an ILP graduate
"The most important person in a child's life is their play
partner. They are the ones who promote interaction and language development
within a child's day."
-Heidi Johnson, Speech Language Pathologist
The Infant Learning Program believes that every child has the right to reach his or her full potential. We support families by providing services that promote their children's development in a way that respects their culture and values.

The Infant Learning Program provides services to
communities throughout northern Southeast Alaska. Call
for a free developmental screening. The earlier the better if you have any
concerns about your child's development.
The first years of a child's life are
the most critical to their overall brain growth and development. Research
proves that the earlier the better for development and intervention and if
these opportunities are missed, there may be long lasting effects.
