• Download the application form
• Fill it out on your computer using Microsoft Word.
• Save it with a different filename.
• Open your email application.
• Create a message with the Position # in the Subject line
• Attach the saved employment application document and a copy of your resume (in either Microsoft Word .doc or .pdf format)
